There are 4 ways to start a workout.
Create a brand-new workout from scratch.
*Only available once you've submitted your first workout.
- After completing a workout, you can always repeat it.
- Goals can be edited during the workout if you progressed from last time.
- You can optionally have your goals pre-filled with values from your last workout. More here.
*Only available once you've created a template.
- Start a workout from one of your templates.
- You can easily modify the goals each time you use the template.
- Purchase a program from the “Training Programs” screen.
- While on-program, you can always complete a blank, repeat, or templated workout.
