If you’re running your own program, define each day e.g. “Meso 1 Day 1.”
Add exercises and/or supersets
Choose from our database of exercises, or add your own.
Define your goals
- Define the number of sets and the goals for each set. Use a comma to separate sets with different goals.
- It’s easy to redefine the weight goals from the Workout Editor as you progress.
